We conducted fitness assessments at the beginning of the semester. We calculated body composition, basal metabolic rate, flexibility, a step test, push-ups, and abdominal crunches. Given our current circumstances, we will be unable to test together and we will are unable to test all of the areas. I would like you to conduct your own “mini” fitness assessment. Feel free to involve your family too!
